Four Promising Tokens for Round Four!
As KuCoin officially turned 4 last week, they are giving us another week of four tokens for Free Monday. The feature series is already in its 4th update, and you may want to follow it here.
Nonetheless, this article shall discuss the things you need to take note before joining the said activity. Most of the details to be mentioned in this article are based on my personal experience, while the technical terms and purpose of the tokens are comprehensively researched.
First, what is KuCoin Free Monday?
This activity gives 0 fee rate in specific tokens being featured each week. The tokens being included are relatively diverse, and some of them are undoubtedly crowd’s favorites. There are two activities under this: Free Trade, Free Rate and Deposit Now and Enjoy 10 USDT Rebate, wherein users will be able to enjoy 0 trading fee when they trade specific tokens under KuCoin products such as Spot, Futures and Trading bot.

Now that we have already discussed the activity, it’s time to get to know the tokens available on this week’s Free Monday. Here are the four tokens you should check out:
- Coin98 (C98)
I personally find this token interesting and unique — from its name to the use cases. This will surely catch your attention. Coin98 was created to be an all-in-one DeFi solution spanning with its own features. Coin98 supports over 20 blockchains and their native assets, making it easier for users to explore different options at their disposal.
Coin98 is like a one-stop shop that has everything you need when it comes to. cross-chain swaps, staking, earning, and. even yield farming. Its native token serves different purposes including the following: acts as a reward, transaction fees and lets users govern the protocol by proposing projects for the Coin98 ecosystem.
I’ve been eyeing this token, and I might consider joining KuCoin Free Monday Round Four just to bag some C98.
2. THORChain (RUNE)
Second on the list is THORChain, with its native token called RUNE. The idea is quite simple and easy to understand. There are just three main things you need to know about this project: (1) THORChain lets you easily swap tokens across chains without wrapped or pegged tokens, (2) this project gives you opportunity to earn by providing liquidity to the exchange, and lastly, (3) RUNE token holds a very important role within the THORChain ecosystem.
If you would ask specifically, RUNE serves four main purposes, including security, liquidity, rewards and governance. If you are interested in knowing this project, you should avail RUNE now.
While I was reading its whitepaper, I was also comparing THORChain to its competitors such as Uniswap and Nexus. The downside could be, some information is hidden and they never release the source code of its project.
However, as mentioned on their whitepaper, the more assets it can add, the greater the liquidity it will be able to provide. And with that, I can see that this project has so much potential but the team should give focus on its ecosystem.
3. MyNeighborAlice (ALICE)
It is once again included on KuCoin Free Monday!
You don’t need to be in wonderland to know this promising token, perhaps, a wise mind and enough equipment will do! My Neighbor Alice is a multiplayer builder game, where anyone can buy their own virtual islands, collect and build exciting items and meet new friends.
I used to play this before with my friends, but just for mere fun and hanging out. Now, there is more to know about this cool token. ALICE can be used to purchase assets and special skills in its marketplace. To be honest, this game is addictive and I can’t blame the players who stay up all night to earn more ALICE. The token is a slash card to participate in the governance process through DAO.
Here’s something that might hype your interest in this token, the network gives ALICE tokens just by completing tasks and winning games!
4. FTX Token (FTT)
Last but definitely not the least, FTT — a token of full potential. FTX is a crypto derivatives trading platform that was launched in 2019, and offers. XRP, BNB, TRX, BTC, ETH, EOS, USDT and LEO leveraged tokens.
The team behind this network is composed of the leading crypto traders in the world. FTX claims that it stands out due to such features as clawback prevention, a centralized collateral pool and universal stablecoin settlement, which I was able to prove.
Second, it allows you to put leveraged positions without the need to trade on margin. This is a very considerate move from this platform. To wrap things up, I explored different trading platforms and FTX happened to be one of my favorites.
